Question apps in funtuna apps list

I have some apps inside MC and they start in the apps tab of OPL, for example: PS2Temp and MC Anihilator, anihilator works some inside ulaunchelf?
Is it very complex to modify them so that they appear in the FCMC list inside Funtuna?
