How do I customize the matrix infinity boot logo?

Hi, I have a matrix infinity(clone) and have it so it shows the "Matrix" logo instead of the Playstation 2 logo when booting a game. Is there any way I can customize that image? Can't seem to find anything on that. Would like to modify the Playstation logo and turn it red as that's the color theme I'm going for it.
