Help identify PS2 Bios version

Looking for some info related to this Bios (no file of course):

20080129-150930,PS20220WD20050620.conf,PS20220WD20050620.080128,hakama@rom-server/~/work/PS20220WD20050620.crack.dir

I'm assuming this is testkit bios, because WD, and I found there secrman_for_dex. Anyway any info that bios is used in any known device will be very helpful.
