Hello humans,
I have in my possession an internal HDD adapter using a SATA plug. I am looking to get a big format HDD for it and I am now stuck between a couple choices. I am looking for a 2tb or larger HDD. with my current choices I can get a 3TB SAS drive using either ATA or SCSI protocol for 3 to 4 time cheaper than a SATA. I have read ATA used to be compatible? would it works if I use a SATA to SAS adapter on an ATA based sas drive?
UPDATE: PS2 is fat model 3000x
