uLaunchELF File Transfer Issues

So I have a modded PS2 Fat that work fine for playing games. I wanted to transfer ART and Themes but when I use uLaunchELF to copy from my USB to the inter HDD it either doesn't copy or locks up the console. I update to the current version and still it just locks up. Any ideas?
