Help me about VMC and ps1 games

Hi
- I made new VMC1 with 8mb, then it was little, I create new VMC2 with 64mb, can I transfer the saved file game ?

- I want to play ps1 on ps2, the PS2PSXE emulator have a problem, the problem is: frames maybe 150 or 200, on play game 75 !!!
