Game compatible postarter but blocked with opl

Hello at all.finally i have installed popstarter for use psx game.vcd with ps2 loader.I have se compatibility list popstarter, for example Metal gear solid Special mission is blocked on screen insert disc PS1 after splashscreen Plasystation and too Dino Crisis blocked on spashscreen Playstation.
I have tryed 3 different version of popstarter:
1) POPStarter_20190605
2)Beta 02 POPStarter_r13_WIP_07_OBT_20180920_and_STUFF
3)Beta 06 POPStarter_r13_WIP_07_OBT__20190605
but with the same result
