Controller scph10010H

After a long time of disuse the dpad up left right and X ○ and triangle don't respond. possible triggers as well.
So far I have tried:
- Put paper under buttons
- Clean pcb with 99% isopropyl alcohol
- Clean flexible pcb with isopropyl and drawing on it where there is not button with a pen.
Same result. Controller light up red when pressing analog and some buttons work.

is there anything else I should try or is this just a H version failure
